Youth Program

We are excited to have juniors from all over the world participating in our 2024 ILHC Youth Program!

Running from April through May 2024, your juniors will be able to watch virtual classes from international instructors, participate in a live coaching call, and get individualized feedback from the instructors. The program culminates with our virtual Youth competitions which will be shown during the ILHC World Finals!

• Access to our new 2024 youth program classes
• Access to our previous 2022 and 2023 youth program classes
• Learn the ABCs and the foundations of the dance
• Learn short routines that build on the foundation
• Coaching from world class instructors
• Guidance on routines for ILHC competitions
• Enrichment activities with other youth from around the world

It is FREE for youth 17 years of age and younger (or 18 and in high school). Parents or Guardians must sign up and be responsible for each youth. Juniors do not need to compete to participate, although we’d love to have them participate if they are interested! 

Our goal is to provide all juniors the opportunity to learn Lindy Hop regardless of their financial or socioeconomic situation. Youth from disadvantaged areas and/or extremely economically challenged have the opportunity to be sponsored under our Youth Program. ILHC and the Black Lindy Hoppers Fund have committed funds to off-set expenses. The more community support, the more opportunity we can provide.
