About ILHC

Mission

Our mission is to respect and honor the spirit of Lindy Hop by hosting international competition weekends which are organized, performed, and judged at the highest levels.

Vision

Integral to our mission is giving back to the community. We support the Frankie Manning Foundation, host a youth program and hold contests specifically for juniors, and manage a swing dance museum at the New York World Finals.

Professionalism

Our instructors, judges, and staff are selected not just for their extensive reputations and accomplishments, but for the respect and professionalism that they bring with them.

ILHC is a restricted fund administered by the Houston Swing Dance Society (a nonprofit charitable organization recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS in accordance with Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3)), which are generally tax deductible in the United States and certain other foreign jurisdictions.
