ILHC World Finals are moving to August 7 – 10, 2025!

This will align our event with the iconic Harlem Week — it will celebrate culture, history, and swing!!

You don’t want to miss world-class competitions, insightful dance classes with expert instructors, incredible live music, open social dancing late into the night, and swing community events like walking tours of Harlem, the Black Lindy Hoppers’ Fund Swing Dance Museum, and more.

Best of all, you’ll meet hundreds of other dancers worldwide who are as passionate about Lindy Hop as you are!

Thursday through Monday. Featuring classes, social dancing, watching contests, and social/cultural activities.

To take classes, you must purchase a Full Weekend pass.

We are deeply grateful for how every one of you continues to grow and celebrate this community. We also know that everyone offers different participation and contribution levels as we live life. To make space for those who can provide greater support, we introduce our Patron Pass!

Each Day Pass includes the dance and watching in-person competitions that day. Classes are not included*.

All videos will be posted within hours of them happening. Exclusive access is active for a limited time, after which the classes and live music will no longer be available. At that time, most contest videos will begin being shared on YouTube.

* Only one dancer needs to register for partner or team contests.

Full Weekend Passes have access to 9 partnered classes and 7 solo jazz classes, in addition to any of the beginner classes. Please note that partnered classes require prior experience. For more information on the different levels, please refer to the details on the schedule.

Beginner Track Pass Holders have access to 7 beginner classes as well as any open-level class on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Tours of Harlem, tours of Woodlawn Cemetery, outdoor gatherings, and more.

• REFUND/TRANSFER of IN-PERSON PASSES
  • There are no refunds.
  • Weekend and Party Passes ARE transferable to another individual for the 2025 event, provided the transfer happens prior to registration closing the Monday before the event begins.
• REFUND/TRANSFER of COMPETITION ENTRY FEES
  • Refunds of competition fees can be requested through March 15, 2024. Starting March 16, 2024 competition fees will not be refunded for any reason.
  • Competition fees ARE transferable to another individual for the 2025 event, provided the transfer happens before registration closes the Monday before the event begins.
• REFUND of OTHER PURCHASES
  • There are no refunds or transfers of extra activity tickets or other purchases.
