The Harlem Parish
This modern facility is in a beautiful, over 100-year-old space. The St. Thomas Church, built in 1907, has notable connections to Harry Belafonte’s family, athlete/historian Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and the first black borough president of Manhattan, Hulan E. Jack. Today, the building serves the community as The Harlem Parish, an arts and culture event space.
*The facility is ADA accessible, so no attendee is left out. And the building has a brand-new HVAC system to keep event spaces as comfortable as possible.
Address: 258 West 118th Street, New York, 10027
